Returns and Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICIES:

• Complaints for returns should be made within 24hrs of receiving the product.
• Cancellation of orders can be made by calling the support numbers +91 9952172714, +91 8667799470. Cancellation can only be made before the product is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation request will be approved.
• Exchanges will be made only if the product is defective.
• Return request will be declined:
  • If return is raised due to slight color change in the product, which is likely due to lighting condition at the time of taking the photo.
  • If minor thread pull outs.
  • If blue mark on edges on the fabric, this is a weaver mark.
  • If any misprints, overlapped prints, and stains in the fabric happen as they are handmade.

Additional Note:

• Do not accept the courier pack if it is in damaged condition.
• Please make an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
